In the historic district of Les Halles Parisiennes, Chez La Vieille is an illustrious period bistro now overseen by the American chef Daniel Rose.

Fabrics

Entrusted to the architect Elliott Barnes, its renovation finely preserves its traditional spirit while infusing it with a new harmony through more contemporary touches. the Maison Pierre Frey has put its collections to good use by providing this soft and intimate décor with the art deco jacquard of the curtains and with the velvet that lines the benches and chairs.
