A nod to Caribbean islands

Like a fresh spring breath, the Kips Bay Decorator Showhouse in Palm Beach is back with a Mediterranean-style home with spaces carefully decorated by various designers. Famed decorator Ellen Kavanaugh created a lounge area on a wooden deck located on the second floor of the building for the occasion. The atmosphere is evocative of the clear, iodized air of the Caribbean islands, thanks to the use of light, vibrant colors and the choice of natural materials that enhance a vintage sectional sofa with a seat covered in GOLFE linen and cushions in SARI raw silk and MANOSQUE linen from the Pierre Frey collections.
