Design Parade 2026

Toulon, France

A look back at the 10th edition of Design Parade Toulon, organised by Villa Noailles

The 2026 edition of Design Parade marks a double anniversary: the 20th edition of the object design competition and the 10th edition of the interior architecture competition. Each year, around ten finalists are selected for each competition from several hundred international submissions. Their projects are exhibited throughout the summer at Villa Noailles and at partner venues across the Toulon Provence Méditerranée metropolitan area.

A true platform for dialogue and collaboration, the festival fosters close connections between designers, craftspeople, local expertise, and industry professionals. It supports emerging designers at every stage of their journey—from concept to production, and from production to exhibition.

Maison Pierre Frey is proud to partner with the festival and to support several projects by making its expertise and collections available to the finalists. For this edition, the House supplied fabric for "Pyjama Party" by Blanche Mijonnet, which reinterprets Braquenié’s Les Rivières de l’Indus textile through a Provençal lens, as well as for "Le Temps des marécages" by Malo Gagliardini, winner of the 2025 Manufactures nationales – Mobilier national Prize.

Bespoke wallpaper prints were also produced for the projects "La Chambre des oiseaux" by Jameo Lee and "Retour de pêche" by Raphaël Colas and Julien Delaitre.
