Pierre Frey’s printed fabrics express the entire personality of the Maison and have contributed to building Pierre Frey’s identity since its foundation and continue to shape the creative and audacious image of the Maison today.

The principle of printing and transferring a design onto a support requires a unique process that allows the translation of almost all patterns in a subtlety of scale, level of details or palette of colors.

Printing thus offers total freedom for the Pierre Frey studio, whose creative signature is immediately identifiable: a daring fantasy, powerful designs, sometimes spectacular scales, and an unconditional love for color.

Building on the quality and reputation of Pierre Frey’s constantly renewed, protean and eclectic designs, the company’s custom-made carpets department is now extending the concept to the floor and offering a unique collection of printed carpets based on iconic designs, the DESSINS SIGNATURE.

Combining technical expertise and high standards, the   department collaborates with a European workshop to develop the best printing quality and adapt the best support according to each design, allowing to play with the effects and renderings.

Pierre Frey’s collection of printed carpets is based on the first 27 DESSINS SIGNATURE. They can be used as wall-to-wall carpets or as finished carpets to delight pattern enthusiasts and the most loyal fans of the Maison’s prints.
