Toxic

Born in 1965, the American Torrick Ablack, better known as Toxic, is one of the pioneers of the Graffiti movement of the 1980s. He grew up in the Bronx and made his mark on the trains and walls of New York. In the early 1980s, he trained the "Hollywood Africans" with Rammellzee and Jean-Michel Basquiat to denounce the prevailing discrimination against the black community. In 1984, her exhibition in the famous Fashion Moda gallery allowed her to exhibit her paintings throughout Europe and abroad. Since then, his talent and success have never been denied. In 2006, he was designated as a major artist by the Whithney Museum in Brooklyn and was represented, a few years later, in several exhibitions in Paris.
