FABRIZIO CASIRAGHI

Combining Milanese heritage with Parisian spirit, Sant Ambroeus restaurant celebrates generous, comforting cuisine, presented with precision and elegance. Designed by Fabrizio Casiraghi, the space was conceived as a contemporary lounge, a refuge where Parisians and travellers can slow down and savour the moment.

Fabrics 

The dining room blends warm wood panelling with seating upholstered in MURANO velvet, selected in bright, refined hues. The ensemble interacts with black and white mosaic flooring and sculptural lighting fixtures, creating an atmosphere that is both cinematic and intimate.
