Agafay
This wallpaper, printed on a medium similar to art paper, faithfully reinterprets a contemporary work by Adrien Testard. The artist's work is rooted in the art of folding. He plays with the propagation of ink on folded Japanese paper, generating multiple landscape textures and color variations. Once unfolded, the work is an ode to the illusions and mirages seen at the gates of a desert, where the waters disappear. Available in coordinated fabric under reference F3964 AGAFAY.

Adrien Testard

Adrien Testard

Adrien Testard is an artist and textile designer whose work celebrates the country’s heritage on the border between the visual arts and textiles. He draws inspiration from his rural family roots and his travels, exploring the intimate and sensitive layers of his landscapes of memory. After graduating from the École des Arts Décoratifs de Paris and Bunka University in Tokyo in 2018, Adrien Testard began his career in fashion as an independent freelance artistic director. At the same time, he began to develop his artistic universe through a series of works on paper exploring the notions of survival, memory and transmission. His creative process revolves around travel diaries, popular archives and traditional Japanese techniques, in particular shibori, a resist-dyeing method that Adrien Testard reinterprets on paper.

Deserts

Nothing is more alive than a desert. Timeless geometric patterns, animal motifs inspired by the fauna of the world's deserts, and graphic motifs come together on the floor to enhance this desert-themed collection
